Austria: Schoenherr advises EHL on sale of EHL Immobilien Management GmbH to IMV

EHL Immobilien GmbH is a real estate service provider specialising in commercial, investment and residential real estate. It is one of the leading real estate companies in Austria in all major market segments, particularly the letting of offices (approx. 49,000 square metres in 2022) and the brokerage of apartments (approx. 1,850 residential units for rent, sale or investment in 2022), which is provided by its subsidiaries.

Based in Vienna, IMV Immobilien Management Group is one of the largest private property management providers in Austria, managing a portfolio of residential, office and commercial properties with around 3.5 million square metres of usable space. Its branches are located in Linz, Graz, Klagenfurt and Munich.
