Austria: Schoenherr advises fynk on its EUR 3.1m seed financing round

Schoenherr advised the Vienna-based start-up fynk on its most recent seed financing round, amounting to approximately EUR 3.1m. The current financing round was led by 3VC with participation from 10x Founders.

Existing investors also participated, including Hansi Hansmann and Lisa Pallweber (Hans(wo)men Group), the family office CoastCap of Moritz Thiele, Personio Co-Founder Ignanz Forstmeier, PlanRadar Founder Domagoj Dolinsek, Latido Founder Stefan Speiser, Alexander Brix (former Head of Operations Europe, Canva) and Kai Romberg, who helped build HgCapital, Europe's largest tech investor. This new investment follows a EUR 1.25m pre-seed financing round just four months ago.

fynk was founded by former Prescreen founders Constantin Wintoniak, Dominik Hackl and Markus Presle. The company offers teams an intuitive solution for analysing, managing and processing contracts. The start-up's AI technology aims to make powerful technology accessible to SMEs, other start-ups and agencies in a cost-effective manner. According to fynk, hundreds of thousands of documents are already being processed with their AI solution, promising up to 90 % time savings in contract work. The fresh money from the current financing round will help the company accelerate product development and expand its international market presence.

The Schoenherr team advising fynk consisted of Thomas Kulnigg (partner) and Dominik Tyrybon (attorney at law).
