Schoenherr advised NORD Holding, together with Noerr, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Heizkurier Group from Odewald KMU (Heizkurier).
Heizkurier's existing management and founders will continue to hold shares in the company. Together with the existing management, Heizkurier intends to further expand its leading market position and continue the dynamic growth of recent years. In addition, the considerable ESG potential of the company - in particular through its contribution to climate neutrality in the building sector - is to be further focused in line with the ESG goals of NORD Holding. Schoenherr advised NORD Holding in the transaction as local counsel on Austrian law both in the due diligence and in the acquisition financing.
