Schoenherr, alongside Hogan Lovells Hungary, advised PTC (NASDAQ: PTC), a global software company, on the acquisition of IncQuery Group GmbH, a leading company of digital engineering solutions for systems engineers across the world.
The firm provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction, including drafting the share purchase agreement, conducting due diligence and negotiating post-closing integration. The acquisition further expands PTC's extensive expertise in application lifecycle management (ALM), systems engineering and product lifecycle management, enhancing its support for customers in these areas.
