Austria: Schoenherr wins Austrian Deal of the Year Award from CEE Legal Matters

Schoenherr received the award for its advisory work on Starwood Capital's public takeover offer for CA Immo. The Schoenherr team advising Starwood on all legal aspects of the transaction and as a representative towards the Austrian Takeover Commission, was led by Christian Herbst (partner) and Sascha Schulz (counsel). They were supported by Peter Feyl (partner), Maximilian Lang (partner), Alfred Amann (attorney at law), Marco Thorbauer (counsel) as well as Volker Weiss (partner) and Pawel Kulak (attorney at law).
