Bosnia and Herzegovina: Schoenherr advises United Group B.V. on landmark issuance of EUR 625m senior secured notes

The notes were issued at par and carry a coupon of 6.375 %. The transaction was led by joint bookrunners BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, ING Bank, J.P. Morgan, KKR, Mizuho Financial Group, Morgan Stanley, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit.

United Group B.V. is the leading multi-play telecommunications and media provider in Southeast Europe, providing customers with a full range of telecommunications services via the broadest network coverage in the region.
