CEE: Schoenherr advises Versute on equity investment in PRP

The transaction involved a range of legal and commercial considerations, including structuring the investment, conducting comprehensive due diligence on PRP's operations, assets and commercial arrangements and negotiating transaction documents.

VERSUTE Private Equity Fund (a sub-fund of VERSUTE Funds SICAV a.s., formerly BHS Private Equity Fund II) is an investment fund with variable capital, focusing on investments in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with the aim of accelerating their growth and maximising their value.

PRP is a leading processor of coniferous timber in Slovakia. Its main commercial products are construction timber, prisms, beams, battens and planks. The company also handles subsequent transport of materials.
