Corporate Compliance Conference

The online "Corporate Compliance Conference" event organised by the Romanian Criminal Law Research Centre together with the Faculty of Law, West University of Timisoara, will take place on 17 June 2022. The conference will bring together prominent criminal law academia, well-known white-collar crime attorneys, and judges from the European Court of Human Rights. They will discuss main criminal law and criminal proceedings aspects that need to be considered by companies to ensure corporate compliance.

Schoenherr Romania senior attorney at law Magdalena Roibu has been invited to speak on criminal procedure matters in internal investigations, drawing on her theoretical lecturing experience and practical criminal law experience.
