Czech Republic: Schoenherr advises HTEC on acquisition of CertiCon

Schoenherr advised HTEC, a global AI-first provider of strategic services, software and hardware design, on the acquisition of CertiCon, a Czech high-tech engineering company, and its affiliates in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, from private individuals.

In addition to assisting with the negotiation of the share purchase agreement with the sellers, Schoenherr provided extensive advice on all substantive legal aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence of the target companies, as well as in relation to the integration of CertiCon into HTEC Group.

"It was a great pleasure to support HTEC on this complex transaction," said counsel Michal Jendželovský, who led the transaction team. "It again demonstrates our team's unmatched expertise in the technology/TMT segment."

"Schonherr's team focused on all the details of this intricate process, while also taking a practical approach that led to an efficient closing of the transaction," said Milos Andjelkovic of HTEC Group.
