IBA CEE Conference – The Future of Legal Management

Schoenherr will co-host this year's IBA CEE Conference – The Future of Legal Management, on 22 September in Bucharest. The conference will focus on topics relevant to law firm management and building the law firm of the future, bringing together leading professionals from the region to discuss the business and the profession of law.

Schoenherr partner Alexandra Doytchinova will be speaking in "Session 5 | Are law firms sustainable? Does it matter?", contributing with her experience as co-head of Schoenherr's group-wide corporate/m&a practice in CEE/SEE and office managing partner of our Bulgaria office.

Other speakers will include a range of law firm leaders and acknowledged experts from across the globe, providing practical advice for law firms of all sizes. They will review the lessons learned from the Covid-19 pandemic and our emergence from that period, and focus on how to build the law firm of the future for the next five to ten years and beyond.
