Poland: Schoenherr advises Avallon on sale of Wosana S.A. to DyDo Group

Schoenherr advised on the full range of sell-side corporate/M&A matters in connection with this transaction, which is valued at approx. EUR 45m. With this transaction, DyDo Group is set to acquire 100 % of the shares in Wosana S.A., thus strengthening its market presence in the Polish beverage industry.

Avallon MBO is a private equity fund based in Łódź, Poland, specialising in management buy-outs. After the exit of Wosana, the Avallon MBO fund's portfolio now includes ten other companies.

DyDo Group Holdings, Inc. is a Japanese company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of beverages. The company operates in three business segments.
