Schoenherr advised Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. on the approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego – KNF) of the company's prospectus and on the admission and introduction of its shares to trading on the main regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Schoenherr's support covered the entire process of preparing and submitting the prospectus, including all required documentation and proceedings before the KNF and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This collaboration culminated in the successful listing of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna, with its shares debuting on the main market on 21 April 2026.
Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. is a private defence industry holding company created through the merger of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. (previously listed on NewConnect) and the Niewiadów Group. The company specialises in the development of unmanned systems (UAV/UGV/USV drones), dual-use products, modern military logistics and advanced technologies for the armed forces. A key strategic asset of the group is ZSP Niewiadów, a company with over 100 years of history in defence manufacturing. Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna is currently building a robotised factory for 155mm ammunition in Niewiadów, with production expected to launch in Q4 2026. In 2025, the company secured PLN 250m in development funding and collaborates with leading industry partners including Northrop Grumman, WITU and Explosia.
