Austria: Schoenherr advises Trelleborg on acquisition of Nexus Elastomer Molds GmbH
Schoenherr advised the Swedish Trelleborg Group, acting through its business area Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, on the acquisition of all shares in Nexus Elastomer Molds GmbH, an Austrian specialist in advanced tooling solutions and automated manufacturing cells primarily used to produce liquid silicone rubber.
