Poland: Schoenherr advises Tarmac.IO on acquisition of US software developer Warecorp and its Polish and Georgian subsidiaries

Schoenherr coordinated all Polish legal aspects of the deal across borders and collaborated closely with the other advisory teams in the United States and Georgia on the multifaceted transaction structure.

The acquisition combines Tarmac's custom software development and data analysis with Warecorp's AI and data science expertise to form a global technology services platform, with an expanded workforce of about 370 engineers. Warecorp will continue to operate under its brand name during the integration process.

The Schoenherr team advising Tarmac was led by Katarzyna Solarz-Włodarska (partner) and included Krystyna Jakubowska (associate), Dawid Brudzisz (counsel), Grzegorz Policht (senior attorney at law) and Paweł Baran (senior attorney at law).

Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter (US) acted as lead advisor to Tarmac and Andersen advised Tarmac on Georgian law.
