Romania: Schoenherr advises Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări on landmark acquisition of Campion Broker

Schoenherr's team provided buy-side legal advice to Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări throughout all phases of the transaction. Closing is subject to approval by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) and Competition Council.

Founded in 2007 by entrepreneur Octavian Tatomirescu, Campion Broker currently ranks seventh among insurance brokerage firms in Romania and operates a nationwide distribution network of approximately 2,000 brokerage assistants.
