Romania: Schoenherr advises Eurobank on sale of Eliade Tower office building in Bucharest to One United Properties

The buyer is One United Properties, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange that is a leading green investor and developer of residential, mixed-use and office real estate in Romania.
