Romania: Schoenherr advises IGT Services and Technologies SRL on acquisition of Connections Consult's Service Delivery division

Schoenherr Romania's corporate/M&A team provided buy-side legal advice to IGT Services and Technologies SRL in connection with this transaction. The deal was signed in Bucharest at the end of March 2025, and closing is expected in the next few weeks, pending the fulfilment of conditions precedent.
