Schoenherr advises Immofinanz on its acquisition of 5 retail shopping parks in Slovenia

With this transaction Immofinanz will add to its existing Slovenian portfolio of "Stop Shop" retail parks now totalling 14.

Immofinanz AG is a commercial real-estate company that focuses its activities on the office and retail segments in core markets of Central and Eastern Europe. Their core business includes the management and development of properties.

Centrice Real Estate, with its headquarters in Vienna and regional offices in Ljubljana and Zagreb, manages a real estate portfolio of retail properties and office buildings with a total lettable area of approx. 252,160 sqm.
