Serbia: Schoenherr advises Integral Venture Partners on acquisition of 50 % stake in ESO TRON

ESO TRON, founded in 2011, specialises in the collection and recycling of organic waste and used cooking oil from various industries, retail networks and restaurant chains. This includes handling expired food products, confiscated items and production waste. ESO TRON actively participates in environment care development ensuring sustainability through the chain of collection.

Integral Venture Partners, founded in 2013, manages institutional private equity and growth capital and is focused on investments in Central and Southeastern Europe. Backed by leading international investors like EIF, EBRD and IFC, Integral operates from hubs in London, Budapest and Belgrade, with satellite offices in Bratislava, Bucharest and Sofia.

The Schoenherr team was led by partners Luka Lopičić and Vojimir Kurtić, and further included Igor Živkovski (partner), Zoran Šoljaga (partner), Luka Milošević (associate), Željko Loci (associate) and Stefan Dobraš (associate).
