Slovenia: Schoenherr advises AMC IV and Accession Capital Partners on mezzanine financing and equity investment into textile division of Fori group

The transaction involved among other things an LMA-based mezzanine facilities agreement, the underlying security package (including standard guarantees and security), and the acquisition of a significant minority stake in the Fori group's textile division by the respective fund. The investment facilitated the restructuring of the Fori group's existing debt of approximately EUR 25m. The transaction marks the first investment in Slovenia by an ACP-advised fund.
