We are pleased to invite you to the full-day conference 15th Anniversary of Corporate Criminal Liability in the Czech Republic: Where have we come since 2012?, which will take place on 24 November 2026, starting at 9:00 am, at Opero in Prague 1 (registration opens at 8:30 am).
The conference will bring together representatives of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office, the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, and the Office for the Protection of Competition, alongside prominent Czech and foreign criminal defence lawyers, as well as leading in-house counsel and compliance officers from major Czech and multinational corporations. You will find the detailed programme down below.
The conference will be moderated by Schoenherr experts Rudolf Bicek, Radim Obert and Jan Kupčík. Two panels will be held in English, speakers are Schoenherr experts Christoph Haid, Oliver Loksa, Magdalena Roibu and Daniel Radwanski.
