Poland: Schoenherr advises Tuplex on acquisition of stake in SICO Polska

Schoenherr provided Tuplex with comprehensive legal support throughout the acquisition process, including conducting due diligence, preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation, as well as securing the necessary approval from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
