Romania: Schoenherr advises TeraPlast S.A. on the sale of several business lines to Kingspan Group plc

The transaction marks the exit of TeraPlast from the shareholdings in Terasteel S.A., Terasteel d.o.o. Serbia, and Wetterbest S.A., as well as their wholly owned subsidiaries Cortina WTB S.R.L. and Terasteel Slovakia SRO.
