Austria: Schoenherr advises ASFINAG on issuance of EUR 500m Guaranteed Notes
Schoenherr advised Autobahnen- und Schnellstraßen-Finanzierungs-Aktiengesellschaft (ASFINAG) on its successful issuance of EUR 500m 3.250 % Guaranteed Notes due 8 September 2031, which are guaranteed by the Republic of Austria. Danske Bank, Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale, UniCredit Bank GmbH, Erste Group Bank AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG acted as managers on this transaction.

Romania: Schoenherr advises Otokar on acquisition of Romanian defence company Automecanica
Schoenherr advised Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi AŞ on the acquisition of a majority stake in Romanian defence company Automecanica. The purchase price totals approximately EUR 85m. Through this acquisition, Otokar strengthens its presence in Romania.
