Romania: Schoenherr advises Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări on landmark acquisition of Campion Broker
Schoenherr advised Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări on the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Campion Broker, one of Romania's largest insurance brokerage companies, from Campion Grup. This transaction represents a premiere in the Romanian insurance market, being the first time an insurance company has acquired a major insurance broker.
