Schoenherr advised IGT Services and Technologies SRL on the acquisition of the Service Delivery division of Connections Consult. With this transaction, IGT Services and Technologies assumed full control over Connections Consult's group companies Outsourcing Support Services SRL (Romania), Connection Consult EOOD (Bulgaria) and Connections Consult doo Beograd-Vračar (Serbia).
